Nepal Kiwi Fruit Festival

January 1 @ 12:00 am - January 15 @ 12:00 am

Kiwi Fruit, with its exotic taste and health benefits, is more available in Nepal now than ever before, with its cultivation proving to be good business for farmers across the hilly region and growing consumer base in the major cities of the country.
Kiwis are small fruits that pack a lot of flavor and plenty of health benefits. Their green flesh is sweet and tangy. It’s also full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber.
Eating a kiwi fruit is for sure a healthy habit in your everyday life. High in antioxidants, a daily consumption would prevent the appearance of certain cancers and limit the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is considered equally good for all ages groups and also recommended by healthcare professionals.
Agrow Partners has been working in the promotion of Kiwi fruit in Nepal for the last 4 years, with activities ranging from farming to farm management, collection and distribution of this horticulture to marketing of Kiwi fruits both among the producers and consumers.
We are organizing a national level Kiwi Fruit Festival in Nepal this year to promote the cultivation, adaptation and consumption of this highly nutritious fruit in the country.
You can know more about our initiative and take part in the festival by buying and consuming locally grown Kiwi fruits, growing Kiwi fruit plants in your garden or orchard.
You could also become a part of this festival by learning more about Kiwi fruits and educating your family and community about the benefits of this amazing fruit.
